Marlborough Area Neighbourhood Plan

Wiltshire Council has been issued with a claim for judicial review relating to the Draft Marlborough Area Neighbourhood Plan; however the claim does not relate to the actual Referendum process. Under current regulations the Council can only suspend a referendum if ordered by the court. The Counting Officer has now been instructed to suspend the Referendum due to be held on 11 August 2022 until further notice. We will let you know when the Referendum will take place again as soon as we can.
